Phase 1 of the NeSDS eService Delivery Standards are now available for Public Consultation at www.nesdsconsultation.org

The Phase 1 draft eStandards for the first 8 streams are now available to the Local Authority Community for a Public Consultation period starting 10th November 2005.

We would like to thank the 51% of English Local Authorities and over 40 professional bodies who have been actively involved for all their extensive input into this exciting process to date.

We are collaborating fully with the Local e-Government Standards Body (LeGSB) over the development of the standards to ensure consistency and avoid duplication and conflict. We will where considered appropriate use their Certification procedures - see www.legsb.gov.uk for further details.
