Deanna Sorrell has over 20 years public sector experience, latterly as part of esd-toolkit’s core team, before going freelance in 2007. Deanna has maintained an excellent working knowledge of the practicalities of using esd-toolkit and offers independent training and support. Key areas of expertise include esd-toolkit Administrator management and training, localising/modelling your local tree within esd-toolkit and customer insight support, from workshops covering the concepts through to the delivery of detailed Customer Journey Mapping projects. Aside from esd-toolkit activities, Deanna also offers PRINCE2 Project Management expertise, support delivering business process re-engineering/process improvement projects and workshop facilitation.
