Sue is a qualified information professional with a masters degree in public administration. She has over 35 years experience of working in the public sector, running frontline services and policy formation. Prior to starting her own information and knowledge management consultancy in 2006, Sue was Deputy Chief Executive, CILIP: the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals. In 2009 Sue became a Local Improvement Advisor, specialising in digital inclusion and data sharing. Clients include:- City of London Delivery Innovation Team, Liverpool First, Capital Ambition and local authorities such as Barking and Dagenham, where Sue implemented a number of components in the esd-toolkit.
